Our Commodities — Lentils
Canadian Lentils, Graded for Every Market

What We Offer
We export four core lentil varieties, each suited to different markets and uses:
- Laird Lentils — large green lentils, well known for retail packaging and food service use
- Richlea Lentils — a smaller green lentil variety, popular where a more compact size is preferred
- Eston Lentils — small green lentils widely used in canning, soups, and processed food products
- French Green Lentils — distinct in colour and flavour, favoured by buyers targeting specialty and gourmet food markets
Each variety is sourced separately and graded on its own merits, rather than blended together to hit a volume target.
Where Our Lentils Go
Our lentils are used across retail packaging, food service, canning, and specialty food production. Because buyer needs vary so much by market — a specialty grocer wants something different from a canning plant — we confirm end use before finalizing grade and packaging.
Quality You Can Verify
Every shipment is documented for size grading, colour, moisture content, and foreign material, so buyers know exactly what's arriving before it does. Independent inspection can be arranged for buyers who need it as part of their own compliance process.
Packaging & Shipping
Lentils can be supplied in bulk, jumbo bags, or retail-ready packaging depending on the buyer's market. We coordinate shipping from collection through to port loading, with clear communication at each step.
