Our Standards
Quality Isn't a Claim — It's a Process

How We Approach Quality
Quality control starts long before a shipment reaches the port. We work with growers and processors who take grading seriously, then verify that every lot matches its stated specification before it's approved for export. If something doesn't meet the mark, it doesn't go out under our name.
Independent Every Inspection
For buyers who require it, we can arrange independent third-party inspection prior to loading, giving an extra layer of verification beyond our own quality checks. This is available on request and coordinated as part of the shipment timeline.

What We Check on Every Shipment
Moisture Content
verified to prevent spoilage and maintain shelf stability during transit
Foreign Material
checked to keep shipments clean and within buyer tolerance levels
Size & Colour Grading
confirmed against the exact specification ordered, not a general approximation
Protein & Composition
tested where relevant, particularly for soybeans and wheat
Packaging Integrity
inspected before loading to prevent damage or contamination in transit
