What We Do

Export and Import, Managed From Start to Finish

We handle the sourcing, documentation, and logistics behind every shipment, so buyers deal with one point of contact instead of five.

How We Work

_

Moving agricultural commodities across borders involves more than just a purchase order — grading, inspection, documentation, freight booking, and customs compliance all have to line up correctly, or a shipment stalls. We manage that whole process internally rather than handing pieces of it off to third parties we don't oversee.

Each lot is tracked from the point of purchase through to loading, so what a buyer orders is what actually arrives.

1. Sourcing & Grading

We identify and vet growers and processors, then confirm every lot meets the grade a buyer has specified before it moves any further.

2. Documentation & Compliance

Export certificates, phytosanitary documentation, and customs paperwork are prepared accurately and on schedule, so shipments aren't held up by avoidable errors.

3. Freight & Logistics

Whether an order needs bulk vessel freight or containerized shipping, we arrange it and track it, keeping buyers informed rather than leaving them guessing.

4. Delivery & Follow-Up

We stay involved until a shipment is confirmed received, and we follow up afterward to make sure everything arrived the way it was supposed to.

Import Support

Alongside our export operations, we also support import needs for partners looking to bring specific commodities into Canada, coordinating the same level of documentation and logistics oversight in the other direction.

Why Buyers Work With Us

  • One point of contact from quote to delivery, instead of juggling multiple vendors
  • Clear documentation prepared correctly the first time
  • Proactive updates on shipment status, not just answers when asked
  • Flexibility on order size, from trial shipments to recurring bulk contracts
